Here you can find detailed information on all the most important questions relating to MOONK!

1. What is Moonk? Quickly and easily enhance your profiles and blogs. With Moonk you can create a slideshow from your favorite pictures; a videoshow from your best videos; and a jukebox from your greatest music hits. These players can then be integrated into pages like MySpace, Hi5, Friendster, Yahoo360°, and Blogger.com or used for your own personal website.
   
   
2. The player I created doesn’t work. You should make sure that the latest version of Macromedia Flash Player (www.macromedia.com) is installed. It’s possible that the chosen target page doesn’t support HTML code.
   
   
3. I’ve forgotten my login details. What do I do? No problem. Your login is always your email address. If you’ve forgotten your password, click on the "Forgotten password" link on the login page and enter your email address. Your password will then be sent to the email address provided.
   
   
4. How do I create a player? Log in to www.moonk.com and click "Create now" below the desired format (photo, video, music). Next, select the media files you wish to have in your player. Then select a player design and enter a name for the player. Done!
   
   
5. How do I insert photos, videos or music? Uploading media is easy using the upload feature. You can then integrate the uploaded media into your player. These will be saved in albums. You can also re-use already uploaded media. Simply select from an album and add to the player.
   
   
6. Which file formats can be used? You can use almost every video format for the video players. These are automatically converted to Flash video. If you wish to create a photo slideshow, simply upload JPEGs. The common MP3 format is supported by the jukebox.
   
   
7. How do I add media to a player that already exists? Search for a player via "My Moonk" and click on "Edit". You can now add new media or existing media from an album via the upload function. When you add media using the Media Manager your player will be updated automatically without having to copy in the HTML code again.
   Note: This is a single medium player, that means, only photos can be added to a photo player, music to a jukebox, and videos to a video player.
   
   
8. Can I create several slideshows, jukeboxes, and video players? You have 500 MB storage space for your media. You can create as many players as you like within this storage space.
   
   
9. How do I delete media from the player? Search for a player via "My Moonk" and click on "Edit". In the overview on the right select a medium and delete it by clicking on the red cross.
   
   
10. How do I delete a player? Search for a player via "My Moonk" and click on "Delete". Your player will then be deleted, but your media will remain in your album. If you integrated the player into a page somewhere, it will no longer display.

5.  Click the "Save all changes" button. Done!
